Most Treatments are curated to the needs and preferences of each individual. We will chose a base modality (Swedish or Deep tissue) and implement any add in service that is needed or desired for that particular session. Pricing is based only on time, in an effort to simplify and be able to curate a treatment without cost being a factor.
Specialty treatments are priced based on the service offered.
Base Modalities
Swedish
Full body light to medium pressure massage involving long slow strokes which facilitate the movement of tissue, lymphatic fluid, and blood flow, promoting overall relaxation. A healing reset for the entire body.
Deep Tissue
Full body massage which targets areas of tension with prolonged deep pressure. Deep strokes are effective in reaching deeper layers of connective tissue associated with continually tight and contracted areas.
Add in treatments
This gentle therapy involves a specialized set of techniques performed on the abdomen targeting the lymphatic fluid surrounding the visceral organs. This massage is effective in creating an outflow of toxins from the organs and increasing the inflow of fresh blood to promote healing and health. This therapy also provides support to the intestines, promoting healthy flow of stagnant waste. Lastly, these techniques are also believed to clear energy blockages due to negative emotions stored in the abdomen, unraveling knots and tension to make room for deeper breath and deeper peace.
Visceral Lymphatic Drainage
Full Body Lymphatic Drainage

A light to medium pressure massage of the feet and hands which targets specific points believed to corespond with certain areas and organs in the body. This type of massage is effective in detoxing the body, stimulating stuck areas of the visceral organs and calming the central nervous system.
